Welcome to this wellspring for holistic self-healing.

Here you will find a meeting place between Western psychology and Eastern healing modalities. This is the landing space for my private practice of somatic psychotherapy and holistic counselling. Within this space I share writings, resources and insights to support you on the path of self-inquiry. You will find guidance and practices from the wisdom traditions of meditation, breathwork, non-duality, and yoga.

My therapeutic approach is holistic, somatic and trauma-informed.

This is a place where I invite deep listening. A safe environment for you to explore your inner and outer worlds. With presence, awareness and compassion, this space centres around you as the conduit for your healing.

For online therapy and counselling sessions, I support people all around the world via Zoom. Appointments can be booked as single sessions or as packages of 3 or 5 sessions.
